You turned on the "Membership Based Access" setting to bar entry for students like Shally - who have already exhausted their trial membership. Correct?


I think the solution here is to allow students to pay online immediately after they're barred entry.


There are two students that show up when you search for Shally. 


She was an earlier student, who self-registered recently - but she did that with a different number.


So she ended up having a trial class again (since she's now a new student in the system). And when her 1 trial class finished, she was shown the 'trial finished, please but a subscription' message.



You'd need to monitor the Company Info ➡ Members list and filter by:


- Reg status: 'Regd', and 

- Membership status: 'Unbilled'


If you find any students who are not trial students in the list, let us know. We'll link those records to their earlier records accordingly.


PS: I think we'd already done for a few of your students who self registered with different mobile numbers.
