Yes, through SMS. 


But you will need to turn on "automatically send renewal reminders" for the plan. Here's how: 


  1. Log in to admin
  2. Click on company info
  3. Click on plans & packages
  4. Select a package & click on the plan name
  5. Here you can view if "automatically send renewal reminders" is "yes" or "no"


If you want to turn it on:


6. Click edit plan [top right]

7. Scroll to the bottom

8. Check the box for "automatically send renewal reminders"
