Step 1: Making videos unlisted
If you haven’t uploaded any videos on youtube yet:
1. Sign into your youtube account
2. Click the upload button (Top Right)
3. Upload the video
4. Choose privacy settings - Here’s where you choose unlisted
5. Wait for your video to upload
If you have uploaded videos already and want to change them to unlisted:
1. Sign into your youtube account.
2. Go to your My Videos page.
3. Select the video which you’d like to make an unlisted video. Click the Edit button to access the video’s settings.
4. Go to the Privacy section of the page. There you’ll see the option to mark you video as “unlisted”, “public”, or “private”. Select unlisted.
5. Don’t forget to click the Save Changes button. Once you’ve done this your video will be an unlisted video.
Step 2: Adding video recordings to PracticeNow!
1. Log in to admin
2. Online classes -> Video recordings
3. Add new recording (Top right)
4. Paste the unlisted video URL & choose how the student can view the videos
Step 3: Monetize the video recordings
1. Log in to admin
2. Studio info -> Plans & Packages -> Click "Recorded Videos" (Top)
3. Create New Package for the videos (Make sure the package is public so the students can purchase a subscription through the self-checkout)
