There are 4 reasons as to why a student hasn't received the confirmation link yet. It could be because of: 


1. E-mail has been sent to "Promotions" tab 

2. Student's inbox is full
3. Student has made an error in their email ID
4. There’s a delay in the email delivery


Solutions: 


Promotions Tab


Ask student to look for the e-mail in the promotions tab. 


Inbox full: 


1. Ask the student to confirm if their inbox is full.

2. Add the student to free up some of their inbox space OR use another email ID (you can change this for them - see below)



Error in email ID:


You can edit their email ID by:


1. Log into Admin 

2. Click Students 

3. Click All Students 

4. Search for student & click on their name

5. Click Update e-mail ID





Delay in email delivery: 


You can resend the confirmation link by:


1. Log into Admin 

2. Click Students 

3. Click All Students 

4. Search for student & click on their name

5. Click Resend confirmation link
